Leopold Hall endeavors to keep the website as up to date and accurate as possible. However, since product is also available at our Newmarket store sometimes product may no longer be available in rare circumstances. If such a situation does occur we will notify you as soon as possible and will happily organise a refund or credit.
Leopold Hall makes every effort to ensure information on our website is up to date and correct at the time it was loaded. Please notify us at info@leopoldhall.com if you are aware of any inconsistencies. If you have a specific requirement for accuracy please email us at info@leopoldhall.com to confirm measurements and descriptions.
We photograph our product to the best of our ability. However, as there are variations between computer screens if you require accurate colours it is best to view product in store. Alternatively, please contact us directly and we will be happy to talk you through colours, shapes and sizes and can send through additional photographs as needed.
PRICING
All prices shown on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices shown on the website may vary to the prices shown within our Leopold Hall store in Newmarket.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Once you have confirmed your order, the price will be set. In the unlikely occurrence of an error in pricing we will notify you by email before processing the payment.
PAYMENT
Leopold hall uses the DPS Payment Express Gateway for its online credit card transactions. This provides a secure and efficient credit card processing service for our customers, including those who are purchasing from another country for delivery in New Zealand.
DPS have bank grade security and all transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre. Leopold Hall does not have access to your full card number. All transactions are processed in real-time.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, unfortunately we cannot accept payments by AMEX or Diners Cards
OWNERSHIP
Ownership in the goods shall remain vested in Leopold Hall until the customer has made payment in full. Until ownership passes to the customer Leopold Hall may repossess any or all of the goods supplied.
CANCELLING ORDERS
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. If you make an error when processing your order please contact us at info@leopoldhall.com
DELIVERY
Once Leopold Hall receives your order we will do our best to package and deliver your order as quickly as possible. We endeavour to dispatch all orders (with the exception of bulky items) within 1-2 working days. Most other orders within New Zealand will be dispatched within 2-4 working days.
If we can only partially fill your order we will contact you directly to discuss delivery options.
Bulky (large) items ie furniture items, some lighting and larger pieces will require us to calculate the freight separately. We will provide you with a freight quote as soon as practicable and will not charge your credit card until we have confirmation of this freight quote.
SHIPPING
Shipping is within New Zealand only. For all international orders please contact info@leopoldhall.com and we can provide you with a freight quote. For any international orders the customer shall be solely responsible for all associated taxes.
SALE ITEMS
Please note that all items bought on sale are unable to be returned or exchanged.
LIABILITY
The liability of Leopold Hall whether in contract or tort, for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect or non-compliance of the goods supplied is limited to replacement or repair of such goods or damages not exceeding the invoice value of such goods. Leopold Hall shall not be liable for any consequential indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatsoever.
